What is purpose of Custom Java-based Triggers, JSP pages an

I 'm exploring on feature of  RB Private cloud and I found that there are also have custom components about Java-based trigger, JSP pages and custom authentication method.

Can anybody tell me what are the purpose of these components and how to make use of them ?

Once you login to the below specified URL, look for “Downloads” area and the download “custom.zip”. It has all required files along with the user guide.
