Record Name field is read only and cant find where to make i

Hi, I have an object called ISV Applications, the record name is ready only for some reason (which I am sure I never set). It is read only on a field def level:

If I got to edit:

There is no option to make the field editable again?

\remove the record name template and it should be editable now.
