Log (debug purposes) remains empty

I've put rbv_api.log("debug", "My Test"); into the trigger details, but the debug.log remains empty. What can be the cause? By the way: Im using a private cloud 3.0.5 environment.

Hello,

Can you try using other system log file name just to be sure it is not generating for all system log types? Can you confirm that the trigger containing the method ran?

Hi Gian, sorry it is working now. It was due to errors in the trigger...
