Cannot create Opportunity Object

Posted by IramK on 26-Jan-2015 06:36

Hello,

I am trying to create a new object with the integration name "opportunity". However, it is always renaming it to "opportunity1". I can't find any other integration names in my list of objects by the name of "opportunity". Could anyone point me out in the right direction on why this is happening and how can I correct this?

Object names in Rollbase are unique across ALL tenants, not just your current tenant. So if some other tenant has object named "opportunity" you cannot have another (different) object named "opportunity". The system will automatically rename it.

Hello,

I believe this might be a Rollbase reserved word for an object since it's appending a value for that integration name. It might be because Rollbase also have default applications that can be installed for example CRM, which already have the opportunities object pre-bundled with it.

Thank you,
Gian

Hi Gaan

We renamed the default CRM objects for this reason as we are building up our CRM from scratch. There is no object with opportunity as integration name.
