How to Map something from Client Object to Other Objects

This is the data map i am using

i need to map CONSUMER DIRECT STATUS

from client to HISTORY OF ACTION

everytime this conversion map fires - cant figure out how

CONSUMER DIRECT STATUS - this is a field in CLIENT 2 and CLIENT (as a related field

What field type does the HISTORY OF ACTION have?

The field which I'm trying to map is a picklist - Please find attached the list I've created.

This is the field from Object Client I need to map to History of Action Field

this is what I've created.

Is the detail provided here ok.

Once its done how to check if they are working properly

Hi,

In your datamap from client to HISTORY OF ACTION, can you see "Consumer Direct Status" option in the drop-down?
If yes, can you map that value instead of a "Constant Value" - I think "constant value" will only return the value specified in the second drop-down (right side).

To check if the datamap is working properly, this can be done in actual transaction.
