Without changing anything in my application or object design, I am getting errors in sending triggered emails. In the audit trail for an object record, this is the error when trying to send a workflow update to the email associated with the record:
class com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPAddressFailedException: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for this-records-email@userdomain.com
This is urgent. If Rollbase was recently updated, perhaps that is the cause of the change?

Could be mail server configuration issues ? There are couple of helpful links on internet which explain the solutions to this particular exception.
