Temp password is not coming after adding user for a zone.
Step1: Create Zone- It does send the temporary password
Step2: Add a user - It doesn't send the temporary password.(Temporary Password: Your ProgressID Password)
Step3: Reset the password: It does sen the temporary password

Does the new user has the communication log record with the subject "Welcome to Progress Rollbase"?

Does the issue still existing? If not have you check on the first admin user's communication log whether there was an email sent?
