Publishing issue from ISV account to customer zone

Hi

I am not able to publish the application from ISV to customer zone.

Getting below error

Any one had similar issue while publishing from ISV account to Client zone

I can't reproduce the issue on 3.0.5.0. What version of Rollbase are you using? Does the error consistently display when you publish the application?

If possible, you can also send the XML file to my email address: gsorita@progress.com.

This is consistently happening since last 3-4 days when using the publishing feature from isv to customer zone.

note:it works as expected if using the import xml

Hi Anurag,

The tenants who have installed the application are being reloaded when pushing the updates.

I have confirmed that the 'NullPointerException' error is a known issue when reloading tenants in the hosted cloud. The Rollbase team is already working on it and are planning to fix the issue at 7PM EST today.

In theory, it should also fix the publishing issue. The other errors in the logs you've sent always start from the NPE error.
