Is it possible to add 1 record to Multiple objects via 1 form? Example: A single form with a name field of a company and the birthdate field of an employee will create 1 record of Customer and 1 record of Employee.
I cannot use grid controls for this because these are 1-1 relationships.

Use "Embedded Quick Create" this will allow to create multiple records from related objects in ONE form.
Go to Design Page and in the Available Components you can find "Embedded Quick Create", drag it to a section.
Save and Configure the related object's Quick create page.
