Is it possible to use the single-click login method with a "Link to View Page" token such as {!#LINK.$APPROVAL} within a SMS message?

I haven't tried it yet but I think it depends on the SMS service provider you are using. Are you using HTTP request to pass information to the SMS service provider? If so, I think you can add the token inside the HTTP request. e.g (http://sms.com/?no=9991111
