RED FLAG: Rollbase ERROR in Publishing Application

Hi,

We are running an RB Private Cloud version 3.0.2.0 and everytime we publish an application, we encounter these error messages in the master zone. What does it mean?

ERROR: Error "SUM" is not defined. (line #1) [Published Application: Approvals] in the formula: SUM.RB188873 (1)

This error is consistent in all the applications we publish.

Once you edit the published app and let say you Approved it, the error message will turn into this.

"Repeated Error"

Here's the snapshot of it.

 Need your help and immediate response on this. Thank you in advance.

Hi Ryan,

The Installations formula  field is using the 'SUM' which depreciated.

Can you use '#CALC_SUM'  instead of  'SUM' and Try?

Hi Ryan,

Please follow the below steps :

1. Go to Settings -> Applications Setup -> Objects

2. Click on the "Published Application" object

3. Edit the "Installations" field

4. Modify the formula and replace "SUM" with "#CALC_SUM"

5. Save
