actually i need to send daily email to each referral source like following:
HI Referral,
No.of employees created Yesterday:: 20 (This number will change for each referral source based on how many employees they created Yesterday)
No.of employees created This week :: 50
No.of employees created this month:: 100

the above email should send to the each referral source according to the # of employees he created.

Could you please refer to the Rollbase in Action documentation.
1. 'Chapter 6:Server-Side Code: Templates, Formulas and the Rollbase Query API." for adding the data dynamically into the email template.
2. "Chapter 10: Workflow and Triggers" and 'Trigger Type' section as the mail needs to be sent daily you can probably use this.
