When I want to delete an object after I undeploy it, I need to wait an hour. This is very irritating during development. Is there a way to disable this on a private cloud installation?

If we want to delete the object immediately.
Do the following:
1. Delete all the Records of the Object
2. Un-deploy the Object
3. Now delete the object.

I think the magic step here is that all records needed to be deleted. Thanks for the help.
