Does filtering work on OE Service Objects

Posted by rlakenvelt on 22-Apr-2014 05:53

Hello, When I create a Rollbase object from an OE Service, filtering on those records does not seem to work. When I define a detailed search view with a related list view, Rollbase does no new request to the REST adapter when I fill in filter values and hit "Search". Actually, Rollbase never sets the filter value for the Read method of my business entity when doing a get request. Is filtering on OE Service objects possible with the current release of Rollbase? . Thank you

I am not sure what release you are using. But release 2.2 will have filter capabilities of OpenEdge Service Objects as a free-form "search criteria" that the Business Entity can process. =

I have release 2.1.0.3 so I probably have to upgrade to 2.2 to get this working.

2.2 is not released yet but will be available shortly.
