Rollbase Message "Error: Email is already in use"

Hi, I am using the rollbase hosted trial version and this is the situation. I created a user with a related email, days after I deleted that  user and now I want to create a new user related to the same email used with the user before. When I try to create the user, the following message is displayed "Error: Email nnn@yahoo.com is already in use", I have only one user created in the system and it is not related with that email shown in the message.

How can I free the email so I can use it in the creation of a new user?

Hi ,

For new user creation a login name is created against email id. Even though the user has been deleted from Rollbase but the login name still exists. If you want to use the same email id then you have to use the same login name as well.
