How to create New PDF Document Template

Hi all,

Can any one let me know how to create PDF Template Document and How to Map fields to the PDF document..

You got that error because you have uploaded normal PDF not Writable PDF.

Rollbase is not providing any option to create Writable PDFs, you should get it from third parties like Adobe.

With that software you can create writable PDF files in which you can add Text boxes, Text areas, check boxes, etc...

While creating document template upload a writable PDF document which is having fields to write.

Action column of the created template we have option to Map link which will redirect to mapping page.

by using the string tokens we can map the object field values into PDF fields.

You can create writable PDFs With free trial of "Adobe Acrobat XI" (success.adobe.com/.../feature.html)
