Difference between developer and basic account.

What is the difference between the developer and basic account in the hosted cloud. Except fot the price. 

Can you create a customer zone in the basic account ?

Hi wfvdlaan

In Development Plan, User can only develop applications where as in Basic Plan, user will have both development and production.
