I have a basic rollbase subscription (development/production) for 1 user hosted cloud. How can I deploy my application so that my customer can make use of it and enter his own data in a production environment so it does not mix with my developers data. Do I have to publish the application? Get an additional user subscription ? Can I give him access to the application through a webportal?

It is recommended to have separate production and development environments with separate accounts.
Consider importing your application XML into a separate account for the production environment.
