We have a rollbase private cloud We are now hitting the limit of Rollbase
SERVICE LEVEL 24 HOURS LIMIT 1 HOUR LIMIT

is there a way to change change this. What can we do?
here is our error.

You can edit servicelevel.xml under <tomcat>/rollbase/config and increase the limit value.
Note that this would require a restart to effect it.
If this were a hosted situation, the I believe that the limit is tied to your subscription level. In that case, you need to contact Progress Customer Support or your salesperson about getting a different license file. (I am not 100% sure of this, but Customer Support should be able to help).
The response above shows that it is different for private-cloud installs (where it is up to you as the 'owner' of the hardware to decide what limits your 'users' are restricted to.
