Translate the Rollbase UI to Russian language

I want to try to translate the Rollbase UI into Russian.
What steps do I need for this? Which files to translate? How to add Russian to the list of available languages ​​in Rollbase?

Basically use the english resource file rollbase_en.properties in shared folder as starting point..

Ok, thank you! Tell me, please, when the bug will be fixed.

Also, I tried to find a solution and probably a problem in Tomcat, because it has a default ISO-8859-1 character set.
