Poor technical support for Rollbase

Hi,

I was never excited about technical support provided by Rollbase even before it was acquired by Progress. After I have my tickets being open for more than a week without any resolution I can say that rebranding had little effect on ability of Progress team to provide continuous support for existing customers.
