I am getting the following error when I try to generate a .xls Document Template:
System Error
Cannot parse requested template
I have tried different zones, different tables, different fields, and I still get the same error. I am able to generate a Document Template in .html, .pdf, .csv formats with no problem.
Finally, I also tried to attach a single spreadsheet with only one cell of data. I have also tried in a Mac, on a PC, in various browsers. No luck.
Need help!

You need to install jxl.jar on your Private Cloud installation in order to use XLS templates - please see Chapter 18 page 43
