how long does it usually take for support to respond to support ticket? i am having constant issues with a Batch FTP import stopping with no error.

I guess we have got the same issue over here.
We have got the ticket 73709204.
We are being waiting for one month but I guess Progress is working actively on it.
It is a very annoying issue. Hope this will be resolved very soon now.
I guess Progress Rollbase, with the new organisation, needs a little time to be able fix issues quickly. Hope everything will be ok in a few weeks !

The fix addresses -
1. Log records in jobs.log file which indicate exactly when the next job will be scheduled
2. Changed record creation mechanism for next job which guarantees scheduling of next job even if current job has errors.
This fix is targeted for the maintenance release scheduled for weekend of 08/24/2013 (subject to change)
