In the past setting the experience level to expert from novice would remove the helpful tips. I am not sure since it has been a while since I have looked at this, but this doesn't seem to be working now. I would like to hide these tips, especially the one on the personal setup page, it links to c14 PDF file. There is way more information in that document than my average user needs to know.

I will attempt to replicate the issue accordingly and reply with a solution if possible, or a Defect Report if it is deemed to be an unexpected behavior of Rollbase.
