attaching user to location

A login was needing to be edited, so we tried attaching the user to a different location in company zone. When selection user in pop-up list, nothing happens. No loading. No freezing. No errors. It's not until we pressed f12 and looked in the console window that we found this message: Uncaught TypeError: Object [object global] has no method 'create9596527' may be from relatedRecordCreate.jsp

I understand you're running into JavaScript error. Please provide steps to reproduce. Please also specify Rollbase version you're using (if you are on Private Cloud)

rollbase version 4.0.6



Login used to perform action is (support) super-admin



In bureau management > Companies Tab > Company zone section: select company

In users section click attach user. this opens up the window where selecting a user results in no visible loading, action, or error.

Pavel, you can reproduce this issue directly using the login we gave you to our test server (cyber pay online - EA).



1. Login to master tenant.

2. Do super-admin login to customer called "DEV: Kurt Bachtold - CPTEST40218"

3. Open the Bureau Management application (our name for the Organzation App)

4. Click into the Organization called (MASTER - Bureau Account)

5. Click the "Attach User" button.

6. Select any user in the list.



You will observe that nothing happens, the popup window stays open without applying the user attach. Also, if you open the console log, the following JavaScript error is reported:



"Uncaught TypeError: Object [object global] has no method 'create581177' "
