I am using the 30 days trial for Rollbase and I am having a problem downloading the files for private cloud. Trying to access the documents from http://www.progress.com/en/rollbase/download.html and login with my user/password does not work: the login page does not redirect to the download page. Does anyone know how can I get the .zip files?
You cannot use your Rollbase Hosted Cloud credentials to download Rollbase Private Cloud files.
You must register to download Rollbase Private Cloud separately at http://www.progress.com/en/rollbase/download.html. Once you have registered here, you can also return here to login again and download the latest updates.
Thank you, this solved my problem. An idea would be to raise an error for invalid user in login screen in this situation ;)
