Hi Matt & Co, We've emailed a couple of times to get signed up for a 50-user private-cloud package but not getting a response. I'd ideally like to make a decision early next week. I realise you're probably busy with the big migration etc but please do check for my email because we do need a response soon. Many thanks!

I've emailed again and still not got a response - I don't like to chase but replying to prime sales enquiry emails promptly really ought to be a top priority and set an example for the kind of support a customer can expect.



Can you please confirm you are at least receiving my emails sent from marcus@-----------.co.uk to mailer@r-------.com and matt@r-------.com
