Hi Guys, Is it possible to remove the communication log from the global searches (ie not index them?). Our search results for global searches are always cluttered by many communication log entries, which we don't need to see. Maybe it could be an application setting or something?
Please uncheck "Index this field as part of the text search engine" for all fields of Communication Log object, including "Subject" and "Message Body".
We had this exact same issue, because users were able to see emails sent to other users. I have removed it from the index, but I notice it's still searchable. How long does it take for that to be updated to the search index, and/or will I need to do some sort of re-index option to update?
Please reindex entire customer data to remove previously indexed entries.
