I have a check-box called Red Client to track Accounts that are "critical clients". I have this check-box on the New Case page and it is "read only". I would like to know if there is a way to have this check-box "checked" when a critical client is selected at the time of entering a new case. I was thinking "events" like onload but I am not sure. Or would I need a trigger of some sort? Any advice with example would be appreciated. Thanks
