Users with the Administrator Role can still Edit portal pages, but cannot see the portal page ID column on the table of portal pages. Is there a permission setting that would cause this behavior? We have searched through Administration Setup > Roles and have not seen any setting so far that seems to be causing this.

I have confirmed this. Currently only ISV users who "Login" from the Master system see the ID column for Portal pages. I will file this as an enhancement.
