I have a proposal template (document) that needs to populate a shared image file (signature image). This shared image will change according to the person sending the proposal document. What is the best way to handle this. Thanks Paul
Shared Images are probably not the best way to go about this.
Rather, I would recommend creating an "Image Upload" field in your User object, upload an appropriate image for each of your User records, then reference that field in the document template.
