Unable to mass update tenants

Posted by Rollbase User on 03-May-2013 12:52

I have an application I need to install to about 96 tenants, but whenever I tried to create a tenant with this application as one of the ones to install at creation, it fails. It also fails when I try to push out the application to all tenants through the push updates method in the published apps tab. The only method of install for the application that works is to go into a tenant after its creation and manually install the application. The are no errors appearing for the application in the published apps section or in the tenant it was created in. I need a way to push this application to all tenants automatically.

Micah,

Which customer are you with? We do have customers using this feature regularly with success to push updates en masse to multiple tenants.

In order to find out why this is not working for you, can you submit a support request with exact steps of how to reproduce this in your environment?

Also a couple questions:

1. Have you looked at your log files for any relevant errors?

2. Are you running on Rollbase.com Hosted Cloud or a Private Cloud instance?

Thanks,

Matt

I believe the customer name is Adaptasoft.

Private Cloud instance.

This log does not contain actual exception. This info should be in main.log along with other installation records. Please also check emergency emails and AllErrors.log
