Hello, You are on a view. You select records. In the "More Action" list, you select "Send to ..." You uncheck the checkbox "Do not send duplicate emails to the same address" You select a template. Rollbase automatically checks again the checkbox ""Do not send duplicate emails to the same address". I guess there is no reason for that. Thank you. Matthieu
