Hi, I'm trying to import some records that contains reference to related records (using ID for related records). This is not working now. Links are not being created for new records and for existing records records previously created links being removed by import process. Please resolve this problem. Regards, Roman
Are you talking about "Reference Record" field?
Well, I could not find definition for "Reference Record" in your manual so I assume that that I'm having problem with importation of "Reference Records". One thing is for sure, I was able to import them before and now it is not working.
What is data type for the field you're talking about? Reference field expects numeric ids of related records.
You was right, I was not using ID field, instead I was using field with unique values. Import is working now.
