"AND" label not displayed in filters when more tha

Hello, We have changed the "MaxFilters" parameter from 5 to 10. Please see the screenshot below. From the 6th line in the filters, the label "AND" (or "OR") is not displayed. Can you fix this ? Thank you. Matthieu

This has been fixed in 4.04 today
