Hello. I am curious if there is a way to create an audit trail report. For example, I have a client who would like an audit history report of a particular field (to show all records where this field has been changed). I couldn't find a way to do this with report filters (maybe to have updated at be within the last X days, but since updated at is modified with any field update, not just the field in question, it won't work in this way). Maybe a formula based report filter to only include records which have had this field updated since creation? Any recommendations on how this can be accommodated? Thanks.
Audit Trail records are available for reporting. You can add Activity log as second layer of tabular report. However filtering for second layer is not currently available.
