On Rollbase UI New Page, we have a related record lookup displayed as a picklist. The Quick Create icon is displayed next to the lookup.
On Rollbase UI Edit Page, the same lookup is displayed as a picklist, however, the Quick Create icon is missing.

It looks like you have 1-1 relationship which is already established (filled).

I have more likely same problem, mine was in new page, a dependent lookup was missing a quick create icon when converting it to picklist but in lookup form it has quickcreate, see images.
