I have an object with a hierarchy relationship to itself and am trying to filter so that I only see items without parents. When I select the filter "Is Empty" on the parent field, it's showing everything except the one record that has children:
When I select "Is Not Empty" for the parent field (just to see what happens), it shows me the record with a child only:
Unfortunately it seems to be considering child records instead of parent records here and appears to be a bug.
I'll take a look.
Was this resolved? I am also geting weirdness when using related/dependent lookups to an object being filtered by hierarchy
