URL token do not work for "Template Document" Work

Hello, I have an objet A. I create a 'Template Document" Workflow action based on a template picklist. I create a template field where I want to create a link to this action. Something like Open the document This link do not work. Actually, in the source code page, wee see the link is empty. Can you take a look ? Thank you for your help. Matthieu
