Automated stale login email?

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to do an automated stale login email? ie, send a user an email if they haven't logged in for X amount of time.

I can't seem to get any delayed triggers to schedule during the Login operation. Not from an After Login trigger, an After Update trigger on the Last Login Time, or any trigger chained onto actions performed in those triggers.



Is that right? Is it not possible to do that?
