Hello, On our private cloud Environment, we are getting the following display for one of our formulas :
ERREUR: Error Formula too long: 12105 chars, 10240 allowed in formula.The formula is exactly the same as the one we have on our Hosted Cloud environment, yet it works in our Hosted Cloud environment and not in our Private Cloud environment, which is a bit strange. Anyhow, we'd like to know where we can set the max length of formulas on private cloud. I didn't find it in the shared.properties file. Can this be done? Thanks, Romain Pennes.
Please check Chapter 18, shared.properties - I believe there is a setting for this.
Please consider making your formula shorter, that will benefit performance.
You could also consider using a Template Field instead of a Formula Field (no character limit on template fields).
