When viewing an file upload from a portal Edit page, we are receiving this error: "You have been automatically logged off for security reasons. Please login again." This has been re-created from multiple browsers and customer zones. We do not receive the error from a portal View page. Standard files like word, etc. Any ideas?

Seems to work now - do you still see a problem?

No, we are still experiencing this. It is on a portal EDIT page, trying to click on the previously uploaded file link.

If you would like to see this live:

***Make sure you are not logged into rollbase when you test this****

1) Click on Returning Applicant login

2) Login with username: gdgtest and password: testing

3) Go to bottom of screen, click on the Application link (the already started one in the list view)

4) On the next page, click on Edit next to MEF Concept Paper Detail (2nd section down)

5) Navigate to the bottom of the page, you will see a file that was uploaded, blank template.doc. Click on the link to see the error.

How does it work on View page?

Pavel,

This is still an issue. It works correctly from a VIew portal page but gets an error on an Edit portal page.

Do you have the same issue as described in comment above (Returning Applicant login )?

Posted by Admin on 19-Nov-2012 20:45

Yes, those were steps for you to re-create, if needed. I have re-created the issue in several portals on many different edit pages.

I tried to follow your steps described above - works fine. Can you provide steps to reproduce?
