Hi, It seems there are problems to send emails from Rollbase. In Audit Trail, we see "Invalid recipient's address". The email has not been sent. Whatever we use a trigger or "Send Action" Whatever we use a template or not. Can you take a look ? Thank you. Matthieu
Most likely email address was missed in data record.

I have reproduced the problem on your test Environnement.
Application XYZ, tab "Request Matthieu".
At 3:26 PM, I could not send emails.
Now, it works again !

Hi Matthieu,
We have fixed the problem. We added a new server to our pool recently but overlooked the fact that its IP address needed to be added to the list of allowed SMTP relays. This has now been done and emails can be sent from that server.
