I'm not sure if Tiny MCE has an official plugin for email but if so, would it be possible to enable it for Rich Text HTML fields in Rollbase?

TinyMCE has official support for a PHP-based spell checker but Rollbase runs on Tomcat so we won't be adding that into the binaries. I have seen unofficial hacks to give TinyMCE a Java-based spell checker but there is no formal package for this so I'd be reluctant to add it. We'll keep an eye out for possible solutions to this and let me know if you happen to find something we should consider for TinyMCE (fyi we are trying to move away from non-open source components in order to eliminate the need for Private Cloud customers to license anything beyond Rollbase itself)
