Cannot delete a specific record

Hi, I can't delete a specific record and displays a system error. Please see image below: Hope you can help me on this ASAP.

Somehow the record you're trying to delete belongs to a different customer. Please provide more info.

This record was created in the UI and its related records were created via trigger. In addition, these related records can't also be deleted.

Can you reproduce this issue in my test environment? I can give you access if you start using your real name instead of alias.

You already have customer in rollbase.com environment: "Rollbase Philipines". Please re-create your issue there and I'll try to help further.

I was not able to replicate this issue on Rollbase.com. The records were deleted even if the records are seeded from our zone.
