Default Rollbase Application Not Updating

Hi All, I encountered an issue on rollbase.com (version 3.7.4) when I was trying to update the default 'Rollbase' Application. These are the steps I made: 1. Clicked 'Update from XML' option and selected the 'Rollbase' Application XML from version 3.6.4 2. Clicked Install 3. Then, another 'Rollbase' Application has been made. I can't hide / delete this application. Hope you can help me on this.

This means you are installing the application from a different publisher so it is considered an entirely different application. You must publish the application you want to update from the original tenant (i.e. zone) it was published from. The situation you have encountered happens when you publish from a tenant that was not the original publisher.

I have the same problem. How can I remove the other 'Rollbase Application'?

You should be able to delete it like any other application, first undeploy it, then delete it.
