Using Charts and Report Links on Generic Portal Page

We have a generic portal page where we have placed several charts and reports using the Report and Chart elements on the portal page. The charts do not show up and have "No Data to Display". The report links actually open up a popup window and ask you to login to Rollbase. What could be preventing this data from displaying? I have checked the Portal Visitor Permissions - I even opened up the permissions all the way for API, Portal Visitor, etc. (for every role) and the only way it will display data is if I am actually logged into Rollbase in another browser tab. I also changed the page to not require login (though this is not desired just a test) One would assume that you could create Charts and Reports to view via portal pages since they are listed in the elements.
