Application update / import from XML - Accents problems

Greetings, We're still experiencing some accents problems when importing/updating an application from an XML of a previously exported application. There must be an encoding issue somewhere, because some chars that are supposed to render like this in french : "àéèçûôù..." render like this instead "à é è û ô...". I remember monthes ago, we had this problem everywhere. You corrected it so that we didn't have the problem anymore on object names, field names, section names etc. However, the problem still appears in :

  • Formulas and triggers
  • Script component in pages and portal pages
When checking the exported XML file, I can see that all object names, field names, section names etc. have their accents rendered as HTML "&# 233;" etc. which works fine. By searching the file, I cannot find any accent like "àéèû..." However, it seems like formulas, triggers and script components are stored as binary data in the file. I believe the issue comes from these binary d
