Hi guys - I'm trying to insert an image into an email template. The image is a JPEG and is stored in RB as a Hosted File. I'm using the Template Helper to generate the code (()) but the referenced hosted file does not resolve. When I view the HTML of the previewed template and click through to the image, it does not resolve and I get a 404 error.
Hosted files in email templates are resolved as attachments. What template syntax are you using?
Hi Pavel - I'm modifying the existing "Welcome to Rollbase" email template. The stock "Welcome to Rollbase" email template displays an image in the body of the email. I'm simply trying to do that, but with a different image. Thanks.
