I created some email triggers that use my email address, but still say the name Rollbase in the From Line. Where do i go to change that?
Try:
Administrative Setup > Account Settings > Change Default Email Sender field
We did that and it changes the email, but it still shows Rollbase as the name.
For what company? Also, are you using delayed triggers? And what exactly "From" line has?

Email Trigger - Not delayed, based on workflow change.
FROM - Rollbase
I tried one of your customers and everything works fine: "From" field is populated with user's name.
Please submit support request and provide object name and trigger name so I could look further.
Where do i put support tickets now, i lost the way...
Object Name - Client
Trigger - LO Status Update
Template - Loan Status Change
Login to one of your accounts and go to Support > Support Tickets in upper right.

mine are all turned off. I have no pull with the admin...
The issue identified and will be fixed in the next release.
it is fixed on some - is it hard coded on the old records?
